Their individual programme is based on the programme from their regular school. CRHS aims to ensure that when students return to school, after an illness, they have made at least as good as progress as their classmates.
Students are admitted to the roll because they cannot attend school: not because they have a particular condition or illness. Sometimes students with quite severe conditions can still attend school for part of a day. This is good as it allows them to maintain friendships and the connection to the school. Others will have all of their programme delivered by the CRHS teacher.
