I have got a medical condition called Cystic Fibrosis and what this means is, that I am missing one Bar of D.N.A. so my lungs aren’t too flash and neither is my pancreas.
AIM: I am doing this experiment so that I can see what enzymes do to the food I eat.
HYPOTHESIS: - I think that the Chocolate Mousse is going to dissolve and become and become softer.

RESULTS: - The mousse became liquid again and began to break down when the enzyme pill was added. It was interesting because as soon as we put the pill into the dessert, you could see it working.
CONCLUSION: - The Creon pills (enzymes pills) broke down the food and made it into a liquid and began to dissolve it. so I finally found out what happens in my pancreas when I eat something and then have my pills.

This term I made chapattis from a recipe in my Social Studies booklet. The chapattis looked like pancakes but tasted bland. I put jam and cream on them and then they tasted delicious! The chapattis are usually served with curries.

Method
1. Mix flour, melted butter and cooking oil in a large bowl.
2 .Add hot water and mix it all together.
3. Turn the frying pan on to a medium heat.
4. Divide mixture into ten balls. Roll each ball until it is flat
like a pancake, not too flat though or it will burn.
5. Turn the pan on to low then put the chapattis in the pan. When it starts to bubble turn it over
When they are cooked, take them out of the pan and serve.
YUM!!!
